Redundancy Reset

Having spent years in HR, one thing I've always found difficult is knowing when someone needs more support than I'm able to give them in that role, particularly when their employment is coming to an end. I've often wished I had somewhere to send people: someone they could talk to openly, process what's happened, rebuild their confidence, and start thinking about what's next.

Redundancy Reset is three sessions of coaching and mentoring for anyone going through redundancy, restructuring, settlement, or an unexpected end to their employment. A safe, confidential space to land, whether that's getting through what's happening right now, figuring out what you want next, or simply having someone in your corner while you work it out.
