I'm a People leader who builds high-performing, human organisations at scale.
Over a decade in high-growth global tech, including Google and Meta, led me to Masabi, where I spent five years building the People function from the ground up as the company grew to 300+ people across 30+ countries, through restructuring and acquisition.
I work as a trusted advisor to CEOs and senior leadership teams on organisational strategy and performance, and I've championed AI adoption across every business I've been part of.
A few things I'm proud of
- Built and scaled Masabi's People function from 100 to 300+ employees across 30+ countries
- Reduced underperformance from 15% to 2% while raising the overall performance bar
- Increased employee engagement from 7.8 to 8.3 during rapid growth and a remote transition
- Led company-wide AI adoption, cutting team workload by around 20% while supporting 2x organisational growth
- Chartered CIPD Member, currently completing a Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching
